Paying a green fee once a week? Why not enquire about joining our wonderful club? The appeal for many is the fact that the course only takes, on average, two hours to play, which is ideal for today’s busy lifestyles.
As a member of Ampfield Golf Club, you will be able to play the course first thing in the morning, from 8.00am, and at weekends the tee is reserved on Saturdays between 8.30 – 9.15am and 12.30 – 1.30pm.
We welcome golfers of all age and ability and there is so much more to our membership than just golf. In addition to offering a full and varied calendar of competitions, fun and social events, members receive 10% discount on food and drink in the clubhouse, unless otherwise stated. Our food is of a very high quality and we place a great deal of importance on providing first rate customer service. Members also receive 10% discount in the new Pro Shop plus on joining they receive 30 minutes free TrackMan time with Kevin Caplehorn. Members will also receive reciprocal entitlements to New Forest Golf Club and Blacknest Country Club.
We are serious in the encouragement of new members and feel sure that once you have visited our club, you too will see why so many are captivated by our beautiful course and the skill required to play it.
Our aim is to make Ampfield Golf Club the best 18 Hole Par 3 course in England and we strongly believe that with our continued commitment to the course and Club that we can successfully achieve this goal.
Membership Fees 2023
- 7 Day Membership: £635.00
- 5 Day Membership: £564.00
- Over 80s: £320.00
- Juniors Memberships (Under 8): £60.00
- Juniors Memberships (Under 12): £80.00
- Juniors Memberships (Under 16): £100.00
- Juniors Memberships (Under 18): £120.00
- Student Full Membership: £199.00
Under 21 in full-time education - 7 Day Joint Membership: £1,018.00
- 5 Day Joint Membership: £880.00
- Non Playing/Social Membership: £50.00
From the point that you join your membership will be pro-rata’d to the next 31st March and calculated by the months left to that point. Full membership costs will be invoiced every 31st March with the option of 10% discount if paid in January and 5% discount if paid in February.
Obtain an official CONGU Handicap as a member of Ampfield Golf Club
With your card, you can then join England Golf and obtain a CDH card. Your CDH card is your proof of your handicap. Whether you are playing at an open competition at a course local to you, or even if you are traveling across the country to play fantastic courses further afield. Your CDH card is your link to your handicap record.
You can download your CDH card for FREE by becoming a member of England Golf.
- Your CDH card allows competition organisers to view your up to date Official CONGU handicap.
- Your CDH card is official proof of your handicap.
- Your CDH card can be used at away clubs all over England to prove your handicap.
- Your CDH card is personalised to you with your name and unique CDH number.
